schmutzige/dreckige Tiere
both term can be used but I think in your context you should use dreckige which is a stronger word.

Dreckstiere
A variation on ecapelao's answer, which is shorter and I think still more typifying.

Schweine fühlen sich im Dreck wohl
It deviates somewhat from the original, but depending on the intended message, something like this would be more appropriate. Schweine sind dreckige Tiere klingt ein wenig wie eine Übersetzung.

"Schweine bleiben Schweine"
It might sound rather far-fetched, but, depending on the context, I think that you could consider this option (or you might also think about "was kann man schon anderes erwarten" as another possibility)

Schweine sind eben doch Dreckschweine
Tautology, yes,
but a Schwein ist just an animal, since BABE we know that it's also cute and intellegent.
a Dreckschwein is an animal or a person, which/who displays the filthy habits of a pig.
