confiscare

interdictie
as traduce "confiscare sau interdictie asupra drepturilor..."
"an act of forefaulture in absence had been passed against the archbishop in the first parliament of regent Murray, and in terms of that act he was hanged on the common gibbet of Stirling"
citat din biografia "HAMILTON, JOHN, archbishop of St Andrews, and the last Scottish primate of the Roman catholic faith"

stingerea drepturilor/pretentiilor asupra ( inserati aici numele obiectului )
o alta idee
