How about: "...in compliance with the provisions of the present instrument [or "document"]...,"

and rearranging the sentence so that it reads "In compliance with the provisions of the present instrument/document, X now and henceforth grants to Z the subsidiary rights relating to Y, solely for the following products:..."

Sounds like a copyright assignment, addressing sub rights such as the serialization, film versions, etc. of a book.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thank you Heather and to the other two too. Throughout the rest of the agreement, which is a really long document, expressions with "conformément" "selon" were used for like phrases. All of a sudden the draftsman must have wanted a change, "dans le respect de" which has a distinctly English ring to it. FYI Heather, you are pretty close. It is all about assignment of copyright to various images, how, when and for how long they may be used, with the odd grnating of a licence here and there just for good measure. Nikki"

in compliance herewith

I'm guessing, because there isn't much context.

in compliance with the present clauses/with these clauses

... if the context of the (I suppose its a) contract bears this out.
