_Factors limiting development or creating inventory bottleneck._
The wording could/should be changed to reflect whether the reference is about established facts in the past year or anticipated risks for the coming year. -- Entwicklung could refer to product development (as constraints due to the shortage of available Techniker) or to corporate development and growth. ---Keeping inventories low is desirable (as in JIT logistics), but shortages in available components, such as chips, can delay deliveries.

disagree Lisa4proz : "Bestand" means "Bestand des Unternehmens" not "Warenbestand". So inventory is off. Similarly "Entwicklung" refers to the future development of the company, not product development

1. Tatsachen=facts
2. Entwicklung=econ. growth, development
3. beeintraechtigend=here I would not
use the legal term "encroach upon,"
because it is a business matter and not
a legal one. I would use:
a) hampering--development hampering facts
or b)interfering--development interfering facts

4. Bestand-inventory
5. gefaehrdende-jeopardizing

inventory jeopardizing facts
