This is a typographical error. It must read "Reibechtheid". Fastness or resistance to rubbing (colours don't come off if you rub it).

resistance to rubbing is certainly understood, but rub resistance is the term commonly used; the German term is usually Scheuerfestigkeit or Abriebfestigkeit
