Dear members,

A new feature related to the CV has been incorporated to the quick profile updater. Members who do not wish to upload their CV can now indicate so and also add a message that will show in the CV section of their profiles. The default text for this message is "CV will be submitted upon request" but it may be edited to fit the profile owner's preferences.

Hello Enrique,

I think one of the reasons many people (for instance, me) don't upload their CV is that the CV's can be easily indexed by search engines, making them 'too accessible' to the public. I think a simple image verification could solve the problem. By image verification I mean a security procedure that blocks access to the files unless the text displayed on a graphic is entered correctly and therefore, make the files inaccessible to search engine bots. Agreed. Users shall have the right to indicate whether they want their CV/resuems to be indexed by search engines. Maybe a robot.txt file may help in this case.
