何謂中央登錄公債？
中央登錄公債又稱無實體公債，記名式無掛失風險，由中央銀行所指定之清算銀行辦理買賣交割，登錄與還本付息兌領等事項，投資人買賣中央登錄公債前需先至清算 銀行辦理開戶手續，所需開設帳戶為中央登錄公債帳戶與專屬活期存款帳戶
"For reference: Taiwan Securities Exchange’s proposed initiatives, such as : “Key Points for Subscription/Private Placing of Central Government Registered Bonds”, “Procedures for Trading Central Government Registered Bonds”. “Essential Points Concerning Bidding of Central Government Registered Bond Market Makers”. The above-said measures are set to replace the existing “Operating Procedure for Bond Trading”, “Operating Procedure Concerning Large-size Transactions of Central Government Bonds”, and revision of Article 39 of the Business Operation Details of the said corporation (in compliance with the change of central bond issuing method, and abandonment of government bond broker system, the government bond brokers shall be revised as the central bond trader).

: Kevin, your term has been used, for sure, but the SFI has recently put its glossary on the Web in an effort to ensure that translators use uniform terminology. I think it's best to follow the SFI glossary.
