Credo che bisogna dividere la parola, che secondo me è formata da:
top: nel senso di leading, quindi eminente, di altissimo livello, di livello superiore, di prim'ordine, e così via (rispetto, evidentemente, ai concorrenti).
E da:
Works: che, tra le varie accezioni (fabbrica, lavori, operazioni, ecc) ha anche quella di meccanismi, strutture, ingranaggi.
Secondo me, si sta magnificando l'eccellente qualità della struttura/meccanismo del nuovo separatore che, rispetto agli altri fa tante belle cose in più e meglio.
Secondo me, puoi dire semplicemente separatore di livello superiore, o uno degli altri aggettivi che si adattano meglio al contesto.
