the customer’s contact or notification - within 3 hours of Dealer attempted resolution. Technical
Service Centre secures diagnosis and agrees action plan with dealer. Technical Service Centre
updates BCMS and produces forward activity for Senior Customer Manager. Senior Customer
Manager then updates BCMS and considers whether to suspend communication.
