Lo que entiendo por ese término es que la semana no se ciñe rígidamente a la semana calendario de lunes a domingo ni a fechas específicas, sino que se alquila en las fechas que el usuario puede hacer uso del apt., teniendo éste último la flexibilidad de programar las fechas de su semana. Flotante o variable Explanation: Esta es la definición del Dicc Collins del término "floating". O sea que según entiendo por el contexto "el vendedor se compromete/se encarga de que el comprador tenga los derechos exclusivos de ocupación del apartamento por una semana variable/flotante en la temporada "¿alta?"
