Queridos colegas: necesitaría saber el equivalente en castellano de "Failure to Thrive Disorder". También agradecería que incluyeran la fuente de la traducción ya que estoy por comprarme un nuevo diccionario de medicina y no me vendrían mal algunas recomendaciones. A continuación les copio el contexto donde se explica el término. Objetivo: Apresentar uma síndrome incomum em crianças e a1ertar os pediatras para as tubulopatias - tais como a síndrome de Bartter - no diagnóstico diferencial dos distúrbios de crescimento e outras doenças comuns em crianças.
Objective: To report a syndrome that is uncommon in childhood and call pediatricians'attention to the tubular diseases - just like Bartter´s syndrome - in differential diagnosis of failure to thrive and other diseases that can be usually found in children.
