This to me sounds like a "proper" name of [probably] a TV show so my translation can only be approximate. Also, your context doesn't say Masters of what?? As for the rest of your text, I might suggest:
"El Espectáculo de Expertos es un "show" [o] una presentación [o, un concurso] conducida ante jurado".

Pageant of Masters is a yearly show, exhibition in Laguna Hills California ( I believe, maybe it's in Newport Beach) participants recreate famous works of art, i.e. paintings like the Mona Lisa in a stage setting with persons dressed up in costumes that are identical to the ones in the painting, they also recreate the background.. in essence you are looking at the painting "live". It's a great show!
