Off the top of my head: Hypo-intense appearance in area of right frontal (lobe) abnormality reflecting a haemorrhagic transformation (= low signal intensity due to haemorrhaging).

: in **centre** of R frontal abnormality - I usually translate the FR "images" as "zones" or "areas" > few hyper-signal areas in white matter
