net results

Could be "net results" - depending upon context.

"Net profit or loss" is commonly used in financial statements, however "net results" is often used in the text (eg in an annual report).

net income (US) and net profit (UK)

This is the bottom line of an income statement which is net income in the US and net profit (or just profit according to the latest IAS/IFRS decrees) in the UK. Obviously if the context is one of a specific loss in a given period then "net loss".
Of course you could just call it "earnings" as in "earnings per share"
