pratiques de gestion embarquées

French to English Bus/Financial Human Resources (within a comprehensive HR management solution)
Sorry, I'm up against a tight deadline and so haven't had time to research this thoroughly myself!

Can anyone off the top of their head tell me the 'in' jargon for this in an HR context? I don't somehow see how the usual 'onboard management' as applied in technical fields really applies here.

"[name of software] retenu pour son ouverture, sa fiabilité et ses bonnes pratiques de gestion embarquées"

In fact, I see that the agreement means 'embarqueés' applies to 'pratiques' rather than 'gestion', but I still can't quite see what they're getting at; all I know is this very large organization with many local branches is using the X software solution to enable a degree of decentralization of its HR function.

It's all a bit gobbledy-gook to me, I'm afraid!

I'm with yx37029 in that I think it applies to all 3 elements and that "built-in" is what it's driving at, inasmuch as it makes any sense at all.

I must admit I did pondr about that, but in the end, came to the conclusion that the first 2 items stand well enough alone, I don't think it would be meaningful to qualifiy them as 'embarquées' — and in any case, as Cécile has already pointed out, the plural agreement may well be a typo (the document does have a few); 'gestion embarquée' would certainly make more sense to me.

Salesmen also have those onboard systems nowadays. Embarquées is a typo and should apply to gestion not to pratiques. Références dans les grands comptes

Je crois qu'en anglais on parle de on-board technology, onboard system - s'il s'agit d'une entreprise de transport routier, par exemple (technologie embarqué e sur les camions).
