Hi Alison Sorry for the lack of context in the original question. I am only doing the Bilanz, G. u. V. and the Kontennachweise. The company is a GmbH. The actual term Haftungsverg�tung was on the Kontennachweis. I checked the G.u.V., and there is so little on it: Rohergebnis, Sonstige betriebliche Aufwendungen, sonstige Zinsen und �hnliche Ertr�ge, Ergebnis der gew�hnlichen Gesch�ftst�tigkeit, Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag, Jahres�berschuss...but no details under the sections. Also nothing on the balance sheets to indicate what this could be other than perhaps compensation for assumption of liability.

Are you just translating the income statement or the notes too? Does the term also appear in the notes?
