It's from a letter with very little other info to add to context.

Hi Phil, yes I have but there are not too many results for that in English so I wanted to double-check. There is also the possibility of compound test/control. I thought maybe someone has come across this already

Have you considered the obvious "mixing control/check"?
"Keme" is presumably "keine".

Yes, indeed! Hi Michael, thank you for your comment. That is indeed the text I have. I will have to go back to the outsourcer with those issues e.g. keme Pruefung..
However, if you have any ideas on Mischungskontrolle, please share!

You might check out "compound control", which is a technical term in pharmaceutical technology. (Hard to tell whether it is appropriate here, given the scarce and bugged context.)
