Hello,
I'm translating responses to an employee satisfaction questionnaire.
In my sentence, the person talks about "linee di ascolto". It's a new one on me in a company context.
The primary sense of the term seems to be a "help line". But that obviously doesn't fit here.
Does anyone have a sort of standardish translation of this term, please?
"Le linee di ascolto da parte dei PM in materia di nuovi prodotti e miglioramneto di quelli appena creati."
I have just the one example (of course!) and I think PM must mean Project Manager.
Many thanks!
Steve
