I guess it means incidently / indirectly - any more light please? Should I leave it in Latin?

to the proceedings in course
is what it means. i.e. whether or not the court can rule on the case while another case between the same parties is being decided by another court. If you leave it in Latin I'd suggest putting an explanation, the solicitor will thank you for it :)

It seems my suggestion would be logical if these proceedings are related to other proceedings for conspiracy to commit fraud.

Note from asker:
great! are you sure this is all it means or could there be another more generic meaning? |
The sentence is: "Accertare incidenter tantum la responsabilita della convenuta per concorso nel reato di truffa." Other than that there is no obvious indicator as to why it is "incidenter tantum" - many thanks |
