Does anyone know whether the "Kommentar zur Richtlinie der Bundesärztekammer zur Qualitätssicherung quantitativer laboratoriumsmedizinischer Untersuchungen" (March 2004) exists in English?

but I haven't found it in English or anything much related to it.
I've e-mailed the German Medical Association to ask, but maybe someone out there knows or has come across this document before.
