Hello!
I encountered this term in letters sent to give notices to employees who have violated rules at work.
The phrase "Ante la seguridad de que no se van a repetir hechos similares....atentamente" is constantly repeated.
Other examples include: "queremos dejar constancia del incumpliento ante la seguridad de que no se va a repetir"
In my research I couldn't find it as a legal term and I'm not 100% sure about the meaning. I think it means "with the certainty that..."
