jam peer

i dont know how to spell r sound which come after r but is not found in persian and arabic. it is a punjabi phoneme and is written toae sing on r in urdu scritp and have seprate sign in gurmukhi.
peer is also a common word for pain in punjabi and even in singular form it is used for birth pangs metaphorically.
jamna is verb for to born and to give birth also,so;
