Source text - Czech 1 Význam finanční analýzy
Hlavním cílem finanční analýzy je globální posouzení finančního zdraví podniku pro zvyšování jeho tržní hodnoty. Pomocí finanční analýzy mohou manažeři v budoucnosti snižovat rizika podniku. Informace potřebné k důkladné analýze finanční situace podniku manažeři získávají především z účetních výkazů.
Mezi nefinanční cíle analýzy patří upevňování si vedoucího postavení na trhu, zkvalitňování výrobků a služeb zákazníkům, růst podniku, rozvíjení oblasti vývoje a výzkumu, napomáhání zvyšování zaměstnanosti, přežití a také zdokonalování nových přístupů k životnímu prostředí.
Finanční analýza je určena pro všechny subjekty, kteří docházejí s firmou do styku z důvodu jejich podnikatelských aktivit i existence firmy: investoři, manažeři, dodavatelé, odběratelé, zaměstnanci, veřejnost, banky a další věřitelé, státní orgány. [14, s. 8]
Investoři
Investorům slouží informace podniku k rozhodování se o investování do daného podniku. Pokud je to pro investora výhodné a investuje do podniku pomocí finanční analýzy si může zjistit jakým způsobem manažeři nakládají s jeho kapitálem. [5, s. 28]
Manažeři
Manažery by měla nejvíce ze všech subjektů zajímat finanční analýza podniku pro řízení celého podniku, jelikož musí rozhodovat o budoucích záměrech firmy, formulovat nejvýhodnější strategie a budoucí cíle podniku. Manažeři se obvykle zajímají také o finanční analýzy ostatních firem na trhu pro objektivní posouzení kvality svého řízení a zjištění situace konkurentů firmy. [5, s. 27]
Dodavatelé
Dodavatele by měla zajímat finanční analýza podniku z hlediska získání informace o tom, zda je daná firma schopna platit za dodané dodávky zboží. [14, s. 8]
Odběratelé
Pro odběratele je zjištění dané situace podniku, důležité především pro plynulé odebíraní daného produktu. Dojde-li ke krachu jejich dodavatele může to pro firmu znamenat velké prostoje ve výrobě a tím ztrátu svých odběratelů. Je pravděpodobné, že při hledání nového dodavatele v krátkém časovém intervalu nemusí firma najít nejvhodnějšího dodavatele s levným kvalitním zbožím, proto je nutné, aby odběratelé byli na tuto alternativu dopředu připraveni. [14, s. 8]
Zaměstnanci
Podle finanční situace podniku se nový uchazeč může rozhodnout o pracovní pozici ve výhodněji finančně situované firmě.
Zaměstnanců se finanční analýza firmy dotýká hlavně v oblasti platového výměru a bezpečnosti práce, ze špatně situované firmy je lépe včas odejít, nebo si shánět místo jinde, ale i naopak, pro zaměstnance je výhodné pracovat v prosperující společnosti. Pro zaměstnance je výhodnější ekonomicky silnější firma, která vyplácí vyšší odměny, zaměstnanci dostávají osobní ohodnocení a také 13. a 14. platy. [14, s. 8]
Veřejnost
Projevit šetrná opatření k životnímu prostředí. A nést odpovědnost za zneužívání monopolního postavení podniku. [14, s. 9]
Banky a jiní věřitelé
Pro správné rozhodnutí o poskytnutí úvěru podává finanční analýza potřebné údaje o stavu možného dlužníka. Někdy dochází ke zvýšení úroků z úvěru pokud dojde ke zhoršení finanční situace podniku například překročením určité míry zadluženosti. Finanční stabilitu podniku očekávají mimo bank také držitelé obligací a jiní další věřitelé. [5, s. 29]
Stát a jeho orgány
Státní orgány může zajímat finanční situace podniku z více důvodů. Hlavním důvodem je odvádění daní a respektování zákonů, nařízení a vyhlášek, pro splnění podmínek k získání dotací. Dalším je poskytování dat pro statistické úřady, od daných podniků pro realizaci státních zakázek a k podpoře utváření ekonomické situace státu. [5, s. 31]
Translation - English 1. The importance of financial analysis
The main objective of financial analysis is global assessment of the financial wellbeing of the company to increase its market value. By using financial analysis in the future, managers can reduce business risk. Managers obtain information necessary for a thorough analysis of the financial situation of the company primarily from financial statements.
Among non-financial objectives of the analysis is establishment of the leading position on the market, improvement of its products and customer service, business growth, expansion in the area of the development and research , aid to increasing of employment, improving survival and as well improving new approaches to the environment.
Financial analysis is intended for all those who get into contact with the company because of their business activities and existence of the company: investors, managers, suppliers, customers, employees, the public, banks and other lenders, state authorities. [14, p. 8]
Investors
Company information aids to investors in deciding about investing in the actual business. If it is advantageous for the investor he invests in businesses, with the help of financial analysis he can find out how managers handle his capital. [5, p. 28]
Managers
Managers should be most interested in the financial analysis of the firm for the management of the entire enterprise, because they must decide on future plans of the company, they must formulate the best strategies and future business objectives. Managers are usually concerned with the analysis of other financial firms in the market for an objective assessment of the quality of their management and find the situation of the competitors. [5, p. 27]
Suppliers
Suppliers would be interested in the financial analysis of the firm in terms of obtaining information about whether the company is able to pay for the delivered goods. [14, p. 8]
Customers
For the customers finding the situation of the company would be especially important for the smooth continuation of delivery of the product. The crash of their suppliers can mean for a company big downtime in production and the loss of its customers. It is likely that in the search for new suppliers in a limited time the company may not find the best supplier with cheap quality goods, so it is essential that customer would be ready for this option in advance. [14, p. 8]
Staff
According to the company's financial situation, the new candidate may decide to apply in a better financially situated company.
Financial analysis of the firm affects employees mainly in the area of the amount of the salary and the work safety, from bad situated company is better to leave in time or look for employment elsewhere and as well is convenient for employees to work in a prosperous company. For employees is better economically stronger company, that pays a higher salary, where employees receive a personal evaluation and 13th and 14 salaries. [14, p. 8]
Public
Show friendly measures for the environment. And take responsibility for abuse of monopoly business [14, s. 9]
Banks and other creditors
The correct decision to grant a loan gives Financial analysis gives neccesary data on the status of a potential borrower. Sometimes there is an increase interest on the loan if there is a worsening of the financial situation such as crossing a certain rate of indebtedness.Apart of the banks financial stability of a company is expected by the bondholders and other creditors. [5, p. 29]
State and its institutions
State authorities may be interested in the financial situation of the company for several reasons. The main reason is the payment of taxes and compliance with the law, regulations and ordinances, in order to meet the conditions for obtaining subsidies. Another reason is to provide data from companies for statistical offices for realization of government contracts and to promote the formation of the economic situation of the country. [5, p. 31]
