As a clinical pathologist nearing retirement age, but unready for retirement, I am seeking to establish a niche business in translation and editing of translations of medical and scientific documents.
I am not a professional translator, and have no fromal qualification in translation. What I do have is a lifetime of experience in writing of reports and opinions for both medical and non-medical readership.
What I bring to translations of documents in my field of expertise is the clarity of expression which comes of understanding of the content.
