In case of a complaint, the Buyer shall present the Producer with the receipt log and record of storage under adequate conditions. If the log does not exist, or it is not possible to access the log, the Producer has the right to reject the complaint if it is established that the quality complaint is the result of improper storage conditions.
In case of a complaint on the quantity of the delivered goods, the Buyer shall deliver the record immediately upon the delivery. The grounds for the complaint are established in the Complaints commission report signed by the members of the commission and the driver who delivered the capsules. The quantity complaints filed after the receipt of the goods shall not be accepted.
If the quantity complaint proves to be justified, Buyer and Producer shall agree on final solution of the claim.

U slučaju reklamacije kupac je dužan osigurati i dati na uvid Proizvođaču zapis o zaprimanju i skladištenju
kapsula u odgovarajućim uvjetima. Ako takav zapis ne postoji ili ne postoji mogućnost uvida u takav zapis, Proizvođač ima pravo ne prihvatiti reklamaciju ukoliko se ustanovi da je reklamacija nastala zbog nepravilnog skladištenja.
U slučaju reklamacije na količinu isporučene robe Kupac je dužan dostaviti zapisnik odmah po primitku
robe. Postoji li osnova za reklamaciju utvrđuje se zapisnikom komisije s potpisom komisije i vozača koji je izvršio dostavu robe. Naknadne reklamacije, nastale nakon preuzimanja robe, neće se uvažiti.
Ukoliko se utvrdi opravdanost reklamacije, Kupac i proizvođač dogovorit će se o konačnom rješenju
reklamacije.
