I work from within the offices of Everything English, an English language school located near Cologne founded and operated by my wife and associate Dyan M. Purkiss, who proof reads all of my translations before dispatch.

Dyan Purkiss has a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors as well as a Diploma in European Humanities and has been resident in Germany for nineteen years. She was employed in Cologne for fourteen years by the Toyota Motor Sport WRC team, Toyota Le Mans and Toyota Panasonic F1. Dyan held various positions within the marketing organization culminating in team and technical clothing manager.

My engineering experience spans 37 years, 22 of which have been with Global Stamping Group Staffs, Ford-Werke AG, Cologne, Germany.
Completed projects include planning, building and commissioning of new automobile production plants and major production installations in England, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, USA, Argentina, Brazil und Russia.

I have 12 years experience with technical translations associated with the above activities.
