US Treasury rates declined all across the curve, starting for 2-year yield that lost 25 bps to 1.05% and to 10-year yield down 28 bps to 3.57%. Softer readings for some macro-economic data bolstered the view that one of the themes into year-end could be the undershooting of macro data vs market expectations. Recent US data improvement hit a speed hump as retail sales fell 0.1% m/m, jobless claims rose 4k, consumer sentiment fell a very surprising 2.8 pts, foreclosures continued to carve out record new highs. Meanwhile FOMC did little to rock the boat. ASV valdības obligāciju procentu likmes samazinājās visos procentu likmju līknes sektoros, divgadīgajai likmei zaudējot 25 bāzes punktus un sasniedzot 1,05%, bet desmitgadīgajai likmei samazinoties par 28 bāzes punktiem līdz 3,57%. Vājāki ekonomiskie dati atbalstīja uzskatu, ka viena no gada nogales aktuālākajām tēmām būs sliktāki makroekonomikas rādītāji, nekā tirgus gaidījis. Pēdējā laikā pieredzētos pozitīvos ASV ekonomikas datus pārtrauca mazumtirdzniecības rādītājs, kas mēneša griezumā saruka par 0,1%, bezdarbnieku pabalstu pieprasījumu skaits pieauga par 4 tūkstošiem, patērētāju noskaņojuma indekss pārsteidzoši saruka par 2,8 punktiem, maksātnespējas pieteikumi turpināja uzrādīt rekordaugstus līmeņus. An Interest Rate Swaps involves the counterparties undertaking to exchange interest flows (payments) in respect of an agreed underlying notional principal amount of a single currency, but calculated on differing rate bases (frequently a fixed rate basis against a floating rate basis). There is no exchange of principal either at inception or maturity, and the transaction is off-balance sheet.
Interest Rate Swaps are inputted by Banking Operations Unit. All postings on off-balance sheet, B/S and P/L accounts are performed automatically by the system. Interest rate changes are done by Banking Operations Unit.
At the end of the month the paper adjustment should be done at fair value (mark-to-market) with gains or losses in the Monthly Profit/Loss statement and in the Monthly Financial Statement. Slēdzot procentu mijmaiņas darījumu, ir iesaistīti darījumu partneri, kas apņemas veikt aprēķināto procentu likmju maksājumu plūsmu apmaiņu attiecībā uz nolīgto pieņemto pamatsummu vienā valūtā, bet kas aprēķināta, izmantojot atšķirīgas likmes (bieži vien par pamatu ņemot fiksētu likmi attiecībā pret peldošu likmi). Aizdevuma un Procentu Maksāšanas Dienā Aizņēmējs maksā Aizdevējam par Aizdevuma izmantošanu uzkrātos procentus, turpmāk tekstā - Procenti, kuru apmēru Aizdevējs aprēķina, izsniegto un neatmaksāto Aizdevuma summu reizinot ar piemērojamo procentu likmi, kas tiek aprēķināta saskaņā ar Līguma I. daļas 3.1. punktu, turpmāk tekstā – Procentu Likme, un Aizdevuma faktiskās izmantošanas dienu skaitu, kas dalīts ar pieņemtajām 360 gada dienām.
13.2. Ja Līgumā Procentu Likme ir norādīta kā fiksētā, tad Procentu Likme tiek noteikta Līguma noslēgšanas dienā, turpmāk tekstā – Fiksētā Likme.
13.3. On the Loan Principall and Interest Payment Date the Borrower shall pay interest for the use of the Loan, hereinafter referred to as the Interest, calculated by the Lender by multiplying the outstanding amount of the Loan by the interest rate applied in accordance with Clause 3.1. hereof, hereinafter referred to as the Interest Rate, and the number of days of actual use of the Loan which is divided by the assumed number of days in a year, i.e. 360.
13.2. If a fixed Interest Rate is applied to the Loan, then the Interest Rate shall be fixed on the Agreement date, hereinafter referred to as the Fixed Rate.
13.3.
