COMPLIANCE ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM
The undersigned person (the “Employee”) subject to the compliance procedures of Company Group acknowledges having received and read a copy of Company Group Compliance Manual and the Association of Investment Management and Research Code of Ethics and Statement of the Standard of Professional Conduct in effect on the date hereof (the “Manual”), and agrees to abide by the provisions contained therein (as amended from time to time).
The Employee understands that observance of the policies and procedures contained in the Manual is a material condition of the Employee’s employment by Company Group and that any violation of any of such policies and procedures by the Employee may be grounds for immediate dismissal.

MODELO DE ACEPTACION DE OBSERVANCIA DE POLITICAS
El que suscribe (el “Empleado”), sujeto a los procedimientos de cumplimiento de políticas del Grupo de Empresas, reconoce haber recibido y leído una copia del Manual de Cumplimiento de Políticas y Procedimientos del Grupo de Empresas y el Código de Ética y Pronunciamiento sobre Normas de Conducta Profesional de la Asociación para el Gerenciamiento de Inversiones e Investigación (Association for Investment Management and Research) en vigencia en la fecha del presente (el “Manual”), y acuerda respetar las disposiciones contenidas en tales instrumentos (conforme sean modificados periódicamente).
El Empleado entiende que la observancia de las políticas y procedimientos contenidos en el Manual constituye una condición esencial a los efectos de su contratación por parte del Grupo de Empresas y que toda violación de dichas políticas y procedimientos por parte del Empleado puede constituir una causal de despido inmediato.
