Source text - Romanian 1.1 Activitati eligibile:
(a) investitii in instalatii/echipamente specifice pentru intreprinderi din industrie in scopul obtinerii unei economii specifice de energie (comprensoare de aer, pompe, sisteme de ventilatie, boilere, motoare electrice de inalta eficienta, sisteme integrate de management al consumului de energie).
(b) Investitii in unitati de cogenerare de inalta eficienta pentru intreprinderi din industrie, reabilitarea/modernizarea centralelor de cogenerare sau construirea altora noi.
(c) Achizitionarea si amenajarea terenului pentru instalatiile proiectului
(d) Constructii civile pentru instalatiile proiectului.
1.2 Categorii de costuri eligibile:
(a) Costurile investitiilor in active corporale: cladiri, instalatii, utilaje echipamente, teren (maxim 10%)
(b) Costurile investitiilor in active necorporale (achizitionarea de licente, know-how)
(c) Costurile studiilor preliminarii de fezabilitate si costurile serviciilor de consultanta aferente investitiilor (50% din costurile efectiv suportate).
Criterii de selectie:
1.3 Pentru beneficiar
(a) Beneficiarul este inregistrat ca societate comerciala conform legislatiei in vigoare pe teritoriul Romaniei
(b) Beneficiarul are ca activitate de baza activitatea din cererea de propunere de proiecte
(c) Beneficiarul nu s eafla in procedura de faliment sau lichidare
(d) Beneficiarul nu are datorii la bugetul de stat
(e) Administratorul companiei nu a fost condamnat in ultimii 3 ani de o curte de justitie din motive de etica profesionala.
(f) Compania a inregistrat profit in ultimii 2 ani de activitate (daca durata de activitate este mai mica de 2 ani prezinta o garantie de cel putin 50% din valoarea investitiei eligibile)
1.4 Criterii de selectie pentru proiect
(a) Proiectul va fi implementat pe teritoriul Romaniei
(b) Proiectul nu a beneficiat si nu beneficiaza de finantare din alte fonduri publice
(c) Proiectul trebuie sa aiba resursele de a functiona 5 ani dupa mentinerea in functiune
(d) Proiectul nu are activitati demarate inainte depunerii cererii de finantare
(e) Proiectul realizeaza o economie de energie de minim 2,5 Kgep/euro investit
Translation - English 1.1 Eligibile activities:
(a) Investments in installations/equipment specific for enterprises from the industry in order to obtain a specific energy economy (air compressors, pumps, ventilation systems, boilers, high efficency electrical engines, management of energy consumption integrated systems).
(b) Investments in high efficency cogeneration units for enterprises from the industry, rehabilitation/modernization of the CHP plants or the construction of new ones.
(c) Acquisition and improvement of the land for the installatins of the project.
(d) Civil constructions for the installations of the project.
1.2 Categories of eligible costs:
(a) The costs for investments in tangible assets: constructions, installations, machinery, equipment, land (a maximum of 10%)
(b) The costs for investments in intangible asstes (obtaining licences, know-how)
(c) The costs for preliminary feasibility studies and the costs for the consultancy services afferent to investments (50% of the actual borne costs).
Selection criteria:
1.3 For the beneficiary
(a) The beneficiary is registered as a company pursuant to the Romanian law in force
(b) The beneficiary has as main activity the activity from the proposal of project application
(c) The beneficiary is not under bankruptcy procedures or liquidation
(d) The beneficiary has no debts to the state budget
(e) The director (in Romanian “administrator”) of the company has not been sentenced in the last three years by a Court of Law on grounds of professional ethics
(f) The company had revenues in the last two years of activity (if the duration of activity is smaller than two years the company must present a warranty of at least 50% out of the total amount of the eligible investment)
