The worst kind of text to translate. :-/
Non-ProZ.com Oct 26, 2004:
Yes, the text was originally in French. And believe me, I am well aware it is full of spelling and grammatical errors. It has been driving me mad, and I am unlikely to get to bed any time soon :(
Robert Frankling Oct 26, 2004:
Yes, I was just going to say...the syntax makes it difficult to understand...Is this the original text...Can you give more context please.
Hacene Oct 26, 2004:
Is this text originally in French?
If so, it is full of spelling and grammar mistakes.
If not, what is the original language?

Tks Robert. I am afraid thatthis phrase is a "translation of a translation" : i.e. all translators'nightmare.
agree Hacene : that the only sense I can give to the expression, but even so I still don't understand this mumbo-jumbo lol. I am really sorry for the asker.

Merci Hacene. But I think that this is not the asker's mistake.

This is gibberish

but for the sake of argument, you might like to consider "The economy is coming unstuck", or the exact opposite of what others have suggested!!!
