From a list of "cold" equipment in an insurance claim survey report for fire damage to a department store. The purchase cost was 4,000 euros. I suspect that "tête de gon" defines the physical position of the deep-freeze.

Thanks, Tony. Yes, cabinet is used in retail, but means an upright unit, which you don't often see at the end of freezer aisles in France. It's usually a low unit.
