In the SAP glossary there is a term "nacherfasster Auftrag" = "follow-up order". For SAP, Erfassung is indeed always "entry" ==> FOLLOW-UP ENTRY is a safe bet

If they mean that the data are entered after-the-fact as opposed to upfront, then I would try this. Otherwise, simply use "input".

I'm not sure if you can use a construction like this in your list, but I remember rephrasing it like this when I worked for SAP. If not, I'll try and think of something else to call it (I don't agree with "post-input").
