Bonjour,

j'ai un problème lorsque j'envoie des e-mails. Dans certains cas, la personne qui lit mon e-mail voit des caractères chinois (ou japonais) à la place des lettres accentuées... C'est assez gênant et je ne sais pas comment y remédier...

Des idées ??

Bonjour,

Essayer de présélectionner l’encodage UTF-8 pour votre Email et demander à vos destinataires de sélectionner le même encodage pour afficher vos Emails.

Menu Affichage > Codage > Unicode (UTF-8)
