Przyklad z innej dzialki (arbitrazu): Before the arbitration hearing both parties must comply with any directions order. Generally, a standard order for directions is made automatically by the court as soon as a defence has been entered, usually as follows (but, watch out for variations from individual courts). At least 14 days before the hearing, send the other party a page numbered set of all the documents you are going to use to prove your case. At least seven days before the hearing, send the court and the other party a copy of any experts' report you are going to use to prove your case and the name(s) and address(es) of any witness(es) you intend to call. Prepare the documents to be used at the hearing in a bundle. Preferably number the pages for ease of reference. An index page is also useful if there are a lot of documents. Prepare three identical sets for yourself; the other side and one to give to the District Judge when you attend the hearing. http://www.fmb.org.uk/fmbmembers/bac/small.asp JK Slownik prawa, Peter Collin |
