At least seven days before the hearing, send the court and the other party a copy of any experts' report you are going to use to prove your case and the name(s) and address(es) of any witness(es) you intend to call. Prepare the documents to be used at the hearing in a bundle. Preferably number the pages for ease of reference. An index page is also useful if there are a lot of documents.
