For Printing Frames for use with printed photos:
1. Print a frame onto card stock or magnetic paper. Set it aside to dry completely.
2. Place the cutting mat underneath the frame. Using the penknife and the ruler as your guide, trim the white areas away from the frame, including the picture window.
