Heading on a document from the Dutch Supreme Court.
It's the 'houdende' that I'm struggling with. I note the glossary entries on the other terms and Van den End's suggestions. My translation of the other terms: Petition xxxx conditional incidental petition for review/cassation. I've seen 'houdende' used in Van den end in various contexts - could it be translated as containing/comprising/providing? Many thanks.
