reinstatement of action Explanation: Quando si riassume una causa nella pratica lo si ripropone in seguito ad un'interruzione (dovuta a causa varie), nella maggior parte dei casi presso un'altra sede o in un diverso grado di giudizio. Nel De Franchis ho trovato questa soluzione per "riassunzione del giudizio in genere". Lo stesso dizionario dà "diritto amministrativo" per praticamente intraducibile e definisce "administrative law" fuorviante. Iate invece lo propone... Spero ti sia d'aiuto.
