Act proceedings orders Explanation: In post-Bulgaria acted Act proceedings orders of 1897g. (Approved by Decree of 30.11.1897 on under № 206, Prom. SG. 277, 15.12.1897), the legislation which is having borrowed its basic ideas of the laws of Germany and Austria.
