Sądze że "fixed" to nie skrót od "fixed-income" a czasownik, jak np w tym zdaniu: "...the court shall fix the nature and amount of security to be furnished..." (Patrz łącze, (c-10) (4) ).

Będziesz mieć więc:

Zobowiązanie[...] zostanie również zabezpieczone [...], poprzez przelew praw, [...], Emitenta, dokonany w formie ustanowionego w pierwszej kolejności zabezpieczenia. zgodnie z [...]

Tak rozumiem to zdanie, ale musisz go umieścić w pełniejszym kontekście i sprawdzić, czy Ci to pasuje.
