passés / stroken / strips I think I understand what "passés" or "passé" means, thanks to solejnicz's link.

You move this blowdryer along the head (move along = passer), blowdrying the hair in narrow strips (passés)

in the same way, you apply this colour mass in narrow strips

"passé" and "passee" are pronounced the same

I think it probably is a typo thogh they made it twice. Still, any ideas how that would be expressed in English??
