milliard is the customary UK term for a thousand million; billion, the US term.

CA is the abbreviation for chiffre d'affaires (i.e. "turnover", as translated in the previous person's answer)

Canada's currency, by the way, is not the franc, but the Canadian dollar, which is often abbreviated CAD, or sometimes as Can $.
