English term

conclusivory legal labels

English to Greek Social Sciences Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc. Law
The distinction is maintained by a logically arbitrary system of labeling under which exchanges involving money are classified as legitimate or illegitimate.

This labeling system unfortunately appears quite illusory because the distinction between legitimate and illegitimate is maintained by applying conclusonry legal labels without a clear relationship to the actual nature of the underlying transaction

conclusory : consisting of or relating to a conclusion or assertion for which no supporting evidence is offered *conclusory allegations* (Webster's)
Not altogether convincing inference, proof, or statement because it is not based on irrefutable evidence, fact, or logic.
