Δεν έχω μεγάλη σιγουριά για το ελληνικό, ίσως κάποιος νομικός θα μπορούσε να βοηθήσει, αλλά θέλω να αποσαφηνίσω το αγγλικό. Το επίθετο είναι conclusory και δεν είναι το ίδιο με το conclusive, όπως λένε κάποια αγγλικά λεξικά. Στα αμερικάνικα:
