Of dit nou een beschadiging is die tijdens het transport is ontstaan, bij de fabricage en wel of niet verborgen, het is een fout die pas na het uitpakken werd ondekt, en wel DIRECT erna. De naam zegt het toch al? Meteen uit de doos en al kapot. En ik heb er ook nog nooit een korte term voor gehoord in het Nederlands.
