English to Dutch Law/Patents Law (general) request for mutual legal assistance

This Canadian request for mutual legal assistance to the Netherlands, consists of several chapters with names such as Introduction, Summary and so on. One of these chapters is called ´REQUEST PORTION´. which states specifically which steps Canada would like the Dutch authorities to take (with respect to a certain witness testimony by videolink). I´m not sure how to translate this.
