Wilful Misconduct means an intentional and reckless disregard for harmful and avoidable consequences, but will not include any any act, omission, error of judgment or mistake made in good faith, which is done or made in the exercise of any function, authority or discretion conferred upon senior management pursuant to the terms of this Contract.
