Discussion
Let me provide a little context. The language came from a "partage transactionnel partiel". The property in question belonged to a British couple who had divorced. In the property settelement the husband received a piece of real property located in France. The term "jouissance divise" was used by the French notary. He was applying French terms and law to a divorce which took place in England but to property located in France.
