Commercial procedures
Juggling all the terms offered, this one sounds right to me.

"Processes" is the false friend here. In English the word processes would mean activities like manufacture, or cooking a foodstuff, that is a process for commercial purposes. But the quote is referring to Procedures, eg legal hoops that have to be jumped through to run a business.

Note from asker:
Thank you, Ben. I think you have come up with the best solution. As I understand it, it is about cross-border trade/commerce and the procedures which enterprises have to follow to get their produce across national borders. |

marketing procedures
I offer "marketing procedures" as an alternative to "business processes". For me, business processes, doesn't mean anything, it's too general. "Marketing" is more specific, but if it is correct, will depend on the rest of the text.

sales processes
'processus commerciaux' definition from https://uptoo.fr/blog/mettre-en-place-les-process-commerciau...
The equivalent in English seems to be Sales Process see the following from https://www.act.com/en-uk/7-step-sales-process
"What is a sales process?
A sales process is a set of guidelines which a sales rep follows in order to convert a prospect into a paying client.
The seven step process is popular for its successful conversion rates. It breaks down a sales strategy into easy-to-implement stages.
The outline of the seven step sales process is:
1. Make contact
2. Qualify compatibility
3. Analyse needs
4. Pitch
5. Deliver proposal
6. Negotiate
7. Close"
So, to my mind, it's a sales processes rather than marketing processes as a marketing process creates interest in a product and gathers information on prospective clients. Like Cynthia, I don't think it is as general as a business processes as business processes includes far more than 'processus commerciaux'.

Example sentence:
This simple seven step sales process demonstrates exactly how you can turn prospective leads into loyal customers.
The seven step sales process will allow you to qualify the compatibility between your company and your prospective customer more quickly.

Discussion
The Collins English Dictionary says that the definition of 'Business' is the act of buying and selling goods or services. ... When you look at the definition of 'Commercial' it is more along the lines of buying, selling, trading, and the social relations that go along with it. [end of quote]
As the text may refer to things like fair trade, labelling, factory farming v free range etc. I'd go for "commercial"
