English to Russian Tech/Engineering Law: Contract(s)

The CONTRACTOR shall, if requested, allow the COMPANY or its designated representative full access to view the documented processes, procedures, maintenance manuals, work instructions, field alerts / field bulletins / engineering change notices, forms or checklists during the surveillance of NDE-IAT (Non-Destructive Examination- Inspection, Assembly, Testing) or other processes related to the WORK. If requested by the COMPANY representative, the CONTRACTOR shall make printed copies of requested documents available to the COMPANY representative to be used during the witness of WORK activities. Printed documents shall be returned to the CONTRACTOR by COMPANY representatives at the end of each day of WORK activities.
