I’m not sure this is 100% terminologically correct but it is quite an accurate and understandable description of the problem (that might even be easier to understand than the terminologically correct term).
My suggestion for the entire disclaimer:
Ο θόρυβος παραμόρφωσης της εικόνας στην παρούσα κασέτα δημιουργήθηκε κατά την αρχική αντιγραφή. Λυπάμαι, αλλά είναι αδύνατο να αφαιρεθεί σε αυτό το μεταγενέστερο στάδιο.
