Ecco le rispettive frasi, solo come contesto:

"Ciascun Consorziato ha diritto di esprimere nell’Assemblea dei Consorziati un voto per metro quadro di **superficie calpestabile**..."

"detti coefficienti saranno utilizzati al fine di calcolare le **superfici ponderate** attribuite a ciascun Consorziato al fine di ripartire i contributi al fondo consortile a carico della predetta categoria di Consorziati"

PS: Possibile che una locuzione così comune (più che altro la prima) non si trovi sui dizionari generici? Né su Eurodicautom... (ok, non ho con me il Codeluppi essendo fuori "sede", ad ogni modo...)

superficie calpestabile is definitely floor area (used to assess condominium voting rights based on area of individual property owned); I'm not 100% sure about superficie ponderata, but ponderata is normally translated as weighted

seems to me, whereby in the second part "surface under consideration" does only sound right with the "total" added, at least to me. Ciao.
